A LOCAL AUTHORITY DEPLOYS A T&A SOLUTION IN SAAS MODE

The city and the urban community of Compiègne (Oise) have 82,000 inhabitants and together employ 1,400 people.

The two entities have decided to set up a common solution in SaaS mode to track working time and leaves.

A SINGLE WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Initially, the 2 organisations used  two different workforce management solutions, which was very cumbersome for the HR department.

“We chose eTemptation because of its ergonomics and the easy configuration of our standard working hours. Its clocking terminal was very intuitive for our employees who are not always familiar with IT tools. Then, we were able to interface eTemptation with our payroll software ” says Sylvain Manabre, CIO.

The various existing T&A databases have been merged into a single database. The time management rules were harmonised before deployment.

“In the end, our IT teams mobilised perfectly to coordinate the deployment. Our HR department has shown great involvement in training. Forutnately, we also had a project manager at Horoquartz who was able to orchestrate and successfully complete this rather complex implementation. ”

A package dedicated to local authorities

This dedicated package is able to handle the specificities of local authorities: management of fixed, variable, or shift schedules from one week to the next, part times, calculation of bonuses (depending on the number of days of attendance), absence from work, tax calculation.

The City and the Urban Community of Compiègne have chosen a Horoquartz solution in SaaS mode. “no daily operation, an associated service that is going well, complete outsourcing, real comfort and free time to refocus on our business” says Sylvain Manabre.
