Before eTemptation, the working hours of the 800 Cdiscount employees were managed via dozens of Excel files and as many post-it notes.
The company was growing rapidly and it was essential to acquire a solution, capable in particular of managing specific calculations (e.g. specific bonuses).
The solution had to be modern, reliable and intuitive, so that HR is a visible part of the company’s life. Cdiscount chose eTemptation and its HQ Time, HQ Self-Service and HQ Interface modules.
On a daily basis, employees have better visibility of their balances. Managers use adapted workflows to validate absentee requests and view schedules.
At the same time, eTemptation can manage a temporary staff of up to 1,500 people.
