600 employees by the end of 2018

With a turnover of 54.9 million euros in 2017, future is bright for Horoquartz. To deal with this continuing growth, 95 new employees joined us in 2017, most of them with permanent contracts. More than 100 new employees will join the team this year.

 

A recruiting strategy to be closer to our customers

Many experts will enter Horoquartz in 2018: developers, engineers (particularly for our security and safety solutions), sales representatives… Consultants, project managers and other experts have already joined the team these past three months.

The 3 main departments of Horoquartz (time and schedule management, security and safety systems, digitisation of HR processes) are all taking advantage of this solid growth: our 18 French agencies will welcome new colleagues in the upcoming months.

Horoquartz thus remains faithful to its commitment: guarantee the best level of service for our users.

 

Our key priority: the expertise of our teams

As providing the best quality of service to our customers has always been a key priority, all our new colleagues follow an integration, training process.

Delphine Birmant, Director of Human Resources, explains: “Our training path may last several months; it depends on the job and the needed expertise. Most of the time, it combines training periods and implementation periods. For instance, all junior consultants start working with a senior consultant in order to clearly understand our methods and tools.
