Horoquartz, the French leader in workforce management solutions, announces the acquisition of the group ACJP Investissement, a security systems integrator under the brand Argosse. With this acquisition, Horoquartz accelerates its expansion on the security and access control market.

The strong synergies between HR process optimisation (workforce management, activity tracking and scheduling) and access control have enabled Horoquartz to position itself successfully on the security/access control market. As a publisher, designer and global solutions integrator, Horoquartz has already equipped more than 1200 sites in France with Protecsys 2 Suite, the software and hardware solution designed to ensure the safety of workspaces, property, employees and visitors both in SMEs and large corporations.

On this growing market segment, Horoquartz has established itself as a strong leader. The acquisition of ACJP Investissement reflects its determination to accelerate its growth based on a comprehensive offer that combines software, hardware and services.

The ACJP group is an integrator of security, fire detection and video systems. Headquartered near Paris, with agencies in the Hauts de Seine, Seine Maritime and the Aisne, the ACJP group posted revenue of nearly € 5 million and is certified by APSAD (Plenary Assembly of Damage Insurance Companies), a guarantee of professionalism and quality.

"When it comes to security, businesses are looking for global solutions, not piece-meal responses, that interface with their workforce management system. We are one of the few companies to offer this type of comprehensive solution, which is why we have registered such strong sales growth in recent years. With the acquisition of ACJP Investissement, Horoquartz strengthens its position and presence throughout France with new commercial and technical resources. More than 30 new talented employees have joined us, bringing valuable new skills to serve our customers," said Jean Hourcade, Director of the Safety and Security Department at Horoquartz.

Horoquartz is pursuing its acquisition policy to expand its Safety/Access Control division, which already has over 100 employees serving the needs of its customers via 18 agencies.
